Skills will automatially save the instant you click.
Setting Mapped Skills
You can flood-fill all the mapped skills for all the students at once using the " Set Mapped Skills" button. A saving pop-up will appear and they will save.
You can mark all the skills as not achieved for all students using the " Set All Not Achieved" button. A saving pop-up will appear and they will save.
You can do this for each student instead of for everyone. Use the button at the end of that student's row. Again, these will save automatically.
Adding Additional Achieved Skills
Sometimes a stundent may do something different, or hand in exceptional work that also achieves skill(s) that are not mapped to the activity. You can add these additional achieved skills by using the button at the end of that student's row, and selecting "Add Additional Skills". A dialog will appear where you can select one or more skills to add as achieved for that student. It will only display skills for that subject that are not already mapped to the activity.
Adding Feedback
On each student's row, there is a feedback icon . This will bring up a dialog box where you can write written feedback if you wish for this piece of work. The student will be able to view this feedback when they log in to see their practical work.
Viewing the Student's Work in Detail
In the left column is a view icon . Clicking this will open a page where you can see detail about their submitted work. You can see feedback, student reflections, and view & edit any skills for this practical.
Updating Attendance Status
When 1 or more skill is marked as achieved for a student, their attendance status will automatically be updated from "Present" to "Completed". If all skills are marked as not achieved, their attendance status will be updated from "Completed" to "Present". You can override this by using the button at the end of that student's row, and selecting either "Mark as Completed" or "Mark as Not Complete".
There is also a button, , which will mark that student as completed.
