View Student's Practical Work

Basic Information​

The basic information about the practical is displayed at the top of the page, including the date, lesson and activity. It will show:

  • Stuent Name
  • Student Internal ID
  • Student Email (click to send an email to the student)
  • Activity Name
  • Teacher
  • Lesson/Class
  • Academic Year
  • Subject
  • Attendance Status
  • Date of Prctical
  • Date of Completion (this is the date it was marked as completed, not the date it was taken)

Adding Feedback​

Feedback can be entered in this textbox here. The feedback autosaves when typing is paused. An icon to the top right of the box will indicate when it is saving, and when it has saved.

Areas to Improve​

This will show any written reflections from the student. Teachers are not able to edit this.

Mapped Skills​

All the skills mapped to this practical will be listed here. You can click on the "Achieved" or "Not Achieved" box to toggle them. This will autosave whn clicked. There is a save status icon at the top right to assist.

Additional Subject Skills​

This will show all other skills that are not mapped to this activity. By default, they will be marked as "Not Achieved". If the student has done something exceptional, or something different that has achieved a skill that is not mapped to this activity, you can click on the "Not Achieved" box to toggle it to "Achieved". This will autosave whn clicked. There is a save status icon at the top right to assist.

Students will only see achieved additional skills in their view of their practical work, not the not achieved ones.
