Managing and Downloading Backups​

The Centre Backups button on the Centre Configuration page will allow you to access the backups.

There are numerous options for backups:

  • Download Database: Downloads a .zip file with all your data. The format of the spreadsheets is similar to that of some PAG trackers to support migration if needed.
  • Convenient XLSX Exports: Downloads single files of users, lesosns, or achievement & attendance.
  • Automatic Backup to OneDrive: This is only supported if you have logged in with Microsoft. Set a backup frequency (daily or weekly is reccommended, every minute is great for testing) and save. The files will be stores in OneDrive/Apps/Practicality.
  • Automatic Backup to S3-Compatible Storage. This allows a backup to any S3 compatible endpoint such as Amazon Web Services. Refer to your provider's guidance for what to enter for each field.
